What are the requirements for using Time Stream Software on my server?
The minimum server requirement provided by customer is

2 vCPU (x86 based), 4GB RAM, 50GB HDD

Network Interface Card (A higher throughput can be achieved if your NIC card is DPDK compliant)
Will my hardware configuration affect the throughput?
Yes. The achievable throughput depends on the hardware provided by customer. In our test environment, we can generally acheive more than 300 Mbps with 4 vcpu and 8G RAM with application routing enabled.
How can AIOps help to improve performance?
By correlating the logs, metrics and alerts from the observability stack to the AIOps, a data-driven model can be trained to predict the performance of a specific overlay tunnel. Therefore, application routing choice can be adjusted upon receiving the information from AIOps engine.
Do you have a free trial?
Yes. We offer a 14 day trial to our customers to try our service before charging it. After 14 days, the charges will be imposed by usage.
How does Time Stream handle my privacy?
Although not fully complaint, we are working towards GDPR privacy requirement. In the future, we will issue statement once we are fully GDPR compliant.
Can your solution work with my exsiting service provider?
In the market, different vendors usually are not compatible between their edges and gateways. In Time Stream, we provide a solution to connect to public cloud. If you or your service providers are also connected to public cloud, we can communicate via the IP networks, which is what we called "Private Network of Public Cloud".
